Key Information

Each product page specifies an estimated delivery timeline. Delivery timelines commence from the date of order confirmation. 
•⁠  ⁠Shipping Charges 
o    Within India: INR 300 on all orders below INR 5000.
o    International Orders: Shipping charges are applicable and will be calculated at checkout at INR 2000.
•⁠  ⁠Order Fulfilment
In rare instances, if a designer is unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative option, store credit, or a full refund. 
•⁠  ⁠Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a order details via email or whats-app. 
•⁠  ⁠Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to adhere to committed timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is delayed by more than two weeks beyond the estimated delivery date, our team will reach out to confirm how you would like to proceed. 
•⁠  ⁠Returns & Exchanges
We shall not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in cases where the product delivered is defective or damaged at the time of delivery, subject to verification by the Platform.

International Orders – Additional Terms

•⁠  ⁠Delivery timelines are indicative and begin from the date of dispatch. 
•⁠  ⁠We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country. 
•⁠  ⁠Orders cannot be redirected or modified once dispatched.

Delivery Terms
•⁠  ⁠Deliveries may be completed via doorstep/porch delivery without signature, in line with global shipping practices. 
•⁠  ⁠Upon delivery, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer or the designated recipient. 
•⁠  ⁠If a third-party recipient is specified (e.g., for gifting), confirmation of delivery at the provided address will be considered fulfilment of our obligation.
