Art Nouveau silver plated bowl, with a woman's face pattern with flowers in her flying hair. It sits on an oval pedestal foot, and has a superbly fret cut half rim. The rim is cast with swirls and scrolls in the Art Nouveau style.and has a hinged handle to carry it. Should be early to mid 1900s Sweden.
